Getting started with PLINQO is an easy three step process.
Step 1: Download CodeSmith
Download and install the latest version of CodeSmith Professional.
** NOTE: PLINQO requires the latest version of CodeSmith Professional.
If you have not previously registered with CodeSmith or currently own a license of CodeSmith, you will be required to register on the CodeSmith Tools website to get a trial key before using CodeSmith.
Step 2: Find PLINQO
- Open CodeSmith Explorer
- Navigate to Frameworks\PLINQO in the CodeSmith 5.1 Samples Folder shortcut.
Step 3: Run quickstart
- Double click the quickstart.cst template
- Select a database
- Click generate
Clicking generate will automatically open visual studio so that you can quickly get started using PLINQO.
